About The Austin Creativity Coach

The Austin Creativity Coach, Gina P. Woodruff, lives in Austin, Texas. As a mother, writer, artist and with 20+ years working experience in technical marketing communications, Gina brings a unique and diverse perspective to Creativity Coaching. She founded The Austin Creativity Coach in 2017 with the mission to help writers and visual artists bridge the gap between the creative self and the entrepreneur. Bringing the organizational skills used in the corporate world to her creative clients and creativity tools to the corporate world, she is able to help each reach their personal, creative, and business goals faster, and to find meaning and a balance in their lives.

More about Gina
Working in different size companies from marketing agencies to Fortune 500 high-tech companies, Gina understands the demands of the corporate world and small business owners and how creativity can be used to help foster innovation and maintain healthy productivity.

As a mother of three boys, she can relate to the struggle and joys of parenting and how to fit a home business into your busy life.

Gina lived in three different countries before the age of nine (the US, Colombia, and Saudi Arabia) and has lived in three different states in the US (Texas, Virginia, and Michigan). Her exposure to diverse backgrounds, religions, and cultures, allows her to be sensitive to the complexities and similarities of people around the world. She enjoys working with and learning from people of all walks of life. 

  • Creativity Coaching Association Certification – 2018
  • BFA: Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts with a major in Communications Art and Design major and minor in Photography.
  • Volunteer Gallery Teacher: the Blanton Museum of Art at University of Texas, Gina helps PK-12 students draw connections between art, their lives, and the world around them so they can become more critically engaged citizens.
